But more than that, we want them to have an image that conveys a message instantly to potential clients and business partners. That is what you will get from your story-based headshot session.

Story-based Headshot Session
$399 60 Minute Session Your Choice of Location 3 Fully Retouched Digital Negatives
Your story-based session includes:
- A comprehensive consultation with Serra to plan a “vibe” for your session and discuss your story
- Personalized guidance and advice for clothing, location, and session design
- Up to 60 minutes of session time
- Up to 30 different images to choose from including both head shots and contextual images of you doing your work
- Location of your choice whether your office, a park, or another special place. Studio sessions are also available.
- Up to 4 different sub-location setups within easy walking distance
- Up to 4 outfit changes
- A private online viewing gallery to review your images
- 3 fully retouched digital negatives with full usage rights released for use on your website, business cards, etc.
- Minute attention to detail in regards to client communication, customer service and order care
- Additional digital negatives available for purchase for $49 each or $699 for 20

Basic Headshot Session
$199 30 Minute Session Studio or Nearby Grounds 1 Fully Retouched Digital Negative
Your basic headshot session includes:
- A quick consultation with Serra to plan a “vibe” for your session and discuss your story
- Guidance and advice for clothing, location, and session design
- Up to 30 minutes to capture up to 10 different images
- One location, either in our NE Portland studio or within 5 miles of NE 82nd and Fremont
- One outfit change (typically adding a jacket, tie, or sweater to existing outfit or changing jewelry)
- A Private online viewing gallery to review your images
- 1 fully retouched digital negative with full usage rights released for use on your website, business cards, etc.
- Minute attention to detail in regards to client communication, customer service and order care
- Additional digital negatives available for purchase for $79 each or $899 for 20
All Headshot Sessions require a session fee be paid in advance to formally book your appointment. Session fees for headshot sessions include 1 or 3 digital files, depending on the agreement. Additional image files with full usage rights may always be purchased.
For your convenience, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be honored for thirty days for sessions that are booked with the retainer fee. Special charity discounts or other offers cannot be combined.
