Rockin’ Through the Ages
Back in March I went to Southern California to shoot a Sadie Hawkins Dance with Jonah Gilmore. The theme of this dance was Rockin’ through the ages, so each couple was dressed up as though they were from an era of rock and roll. We had everything from flappers to hippies to 80’s hair bands!

It’s so much fun, and such a challenge, to meet a young person and in 10-15 minutes deduce who they are, who they want to portray themselves as, and build enough rapport that they trust you not to embarrass them.
